Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of a production company. Financial analysis is focussed on the company Indet Safety Systems and is prepared for the period 2008-2012. The objektive of the bachelor thesis is evaluation of financial health of the company ISS using horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of financial ratios (liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, indebtedness ratios and aktivity ratios) and using creditworthy and bankruptcy model. The theoretical part describes the financial statements from which financial analysis draws data. And procedures and tools of financial analysis. In the practical part, the financial analysis using by these procedures and tools. Part of the bachelor thesis are suggestions and recommendations and conclusion.
