Zhodnocení hospodaření a dopad mimořádných opatření v souvislosti s pandemií COVID-19 na Integrovaný dopravní systém Olomouckého kraje

Abstract

Cílem práce je zhodnocení problematiky Integrovaného dopravního systému z pohledu financování a hospodaření v době pandemie covid-19, tedy srovnání let před zavedením restriktivních opatření a let, kdy byla vláda nucena přijmout přísná opatření související se snížením šíření onemocnění covid-19. Vzhledem k tomu, že práce se má zaměřovat na dopady covid-19, je kladen důraz na komparaci období před pandemií, během pandemie a částečně po ní. Hodnoceny jsou nejen organizační, ale především finanční dopady na fungování a financování veřejné dopravy v Olomouckém kraji.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the issue of the Integrated Transport System from the point of view of financing and management during the covid-19 pandemic, i.e. a comparison of years before the introduction of restrictive measures and years when the government was forced to take strict measures related to reducing the spread of the covid-19 disease. Since the work is to focus on the impacts of covid-19, emphasis is placed on comparing the period before, during and partly after the pandemic. Not only the organizational, but also the financial impact on the functioning and financing of public transport in the Olomouc Region is evaluated.
