Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of motivation systems. The thesis aims to assess and adjust the motivation system in a selected company. First, the company's motivation system is analysed in detail. Subsequently, a questionnaire survey is conducted. Finally, a new motivation system is proposed which is adjusted based on the identified shortcomings.
