Abstract

This thesis consists of 3 main chapters, the aim of which is to describe the topic of employee performance. The first part focuses on concepts relating to the field of Human Resource Management, work performance, education and employee motivation. Moreover, the thesis deals with the area of service quality and marketing research. The second part of the thesis introduces all the activities and processes concerning the chosen topic within the specific company. The third part analyzes an educational programme as well as recommends any possible measures and steps leading up to the overall enhancement of the programme efficiency. Such efficiency is especially intended to be increased in the sphere of employees’ work skills and abilities resulting in the improvement in terms of their work performance and motivation.
