Technologický postup zlepšení tepelně izolačních vlastností zadaného objektu.

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování postupu provádění konstrukčního zateplovacího systému pro zlepšení tepelně izolačních vlastností bytového domu. Jedná se o provedení technologického postupu kontaktního zateplení fasády, soklu a zateplení stropní konstrukce v nevytápěném sklepě. K bakalářské práci je přiložena výkresová dokumentace, rozpočet a harmonogram zateplovacích prací. Součástí práce jsou tepelně technické posudky zatepleného a nezatepleného objektu, jejich porovnání z hlediska finančních nákladů na vytápění a jednoduchý výpočet návratnosti provedeného zateplení.

This bachelor thesis deals with preparation of the procedure of implementing structural insulation system in order to improve the thermal insulation properties of the apartment building. In this context a realization of the technological procedure of contact facade insulation, plinth and insulation of ceiling construction in the unheated cellar are created. Design documentation, budget and insulation work schedule are attached to the bachelor thesis. Furthermore, the thermally technical expertise of insulated building and non;insulated building, the comparison of both from the perspective of financial costs of heating and the simple calculation of return of undertaken insulation are part of the work too.
