Modul měření pletysmografie pro prezentační účely

Abstract

This bachelor thesis aims to design and build a plethysmographic sensor suitable for measuring in a glass display case. A reflective photoplethysmographic sensor was created using a green LED and a photodiode. In the analog part, a plethysmographic signal is read from the finger by an optical probe, which is then processed and adjusted analogously. It is about its filtration and amplification. In the digital part, is analog signal digitized by device Arduino Nano and sent to the serial port. LabVIEW is used to display the signal and save the measured data. The touch sensor is used to start powering the optical probe and sending data to the serial port. The device was tested on five people of different sexes and ages. The plethysmographic sensor itself is housed in a box with a USB output for connection to a computer. On the upper side of the box there is a glass, through which the signal is measured and touch sensor, which triggers the measurement.
