Ekonomické zhodnocení zateplení vybraného objektu

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the economic evaluation of thermal insulation of two school buildings in Janov - Litvínov, namely buildings A and A1. The first part of the thesis is devoted to description of the evaluated buildings, their current status, operating mode and heat supply system. The basic concepts of the investments and static and dynamic methods of evaluating the effectiveness of investments are defined in the theoretical part of the thesis. Capital expenses and expected income from the investments, such as energy savings from the heating system and annual depreciation of the investment are defined in the practical part. Based on collected data, a personal evaluation of the effectiveness of investment by methodological procedures described in the theoretical part is performed.
