Dopad zadluženosti na dlouhodobý vývoj hospodaření města

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je na základě teoretických znalostí a praktických poznatků analyzovat hospodaření města, jeho zadluženost a rovněž zhodnotit dopad zadluženosti na dlouhodobý vývoj hospodaření města. Pro dosažení cíle práce je v úvodní teoretické části seznámení s pravidly hospodaření obcí, vývojem a regulací zadluženosti obcí, s využitím metody popisné. Praktická část využívá metody analytické a obsahuje analýzu hospodaření a zadluženosti města, včetně monitoringu města a případné další ukazatele zadluženosti. Závěrečná část hodnotí dopad zadluženosti na dlouhodobý vývoj hospodaření města, včetně závěrů a dalších doporučení, metodou syntézy získaných poznatků.

The main objective of the thesis is to analyse the municipal financial management, its indebtedness and likewise to assess an impact of the indebtedness on a long-term development of the municipal economy on the ground of theoretical knowledge and hands-on findings. For the accomplishment of the thesis target there is the opening theoretical study introducing rules of the municipal financial management, the development and the regulation of the indebtedness with the application of the descriptive method. The practical part employs the analytical method and contains the analysis of the municipal economy and indebtedness covering municipality monitoring and further potential indicators of the indebtedness. The final part evaluates the impact of the indebtedness on the long-term development of the municipal economy, inclusive of conclusions and recommendations applying the method of synthesis of gained findings.
