Tvorba a riadenie cien vo vybranom podniku

Abstract

V tejto bakalárskej práci sa venujem problematike procesu tvorby a riadenia cien v podniku. Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce bolo zistiť metódy tvorby cien a ich vplyv na celkový hospodársky výsledok Slovenskej sporiteľne, a. s. a podať návrhy na zlepšenie systému oceňovania vo firme.

Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na štyri časti. V úvode stručne popisujem tému a obsah mojej bakalárskej práce. Teoretická časť bližšie popisuje cenu, cenovú politiku a metódy tvorby cien. Obsahom praktickej časti je predstavenie firmy a analýza konkrétnych podôb cien v bankovníctve a ich vplyv na zisk. V závere som zhrnul obsah a výsledky mojej bakalárskej práce. Na prieskum som použil metódy výpočtu pomerových ukazovateľov a analýzu interných dokumentov spoločnosti.

Na základe získaných výsledkov analýzy som odporučil návrhy, ktoré by viedli k zefektívneniu systému tvorby cien vo firme.

In this bachelor´s thesis I dedicated to making the issue of price and management company. The aim of my thesis was to investigate the methods of pricing and its impact on overall economic performance Slovak Savings Bank, Inc. and to make proposals to improve the system of pricing in the company.

The thesis is divided into four parts. The introduction briefly describes the theme and content of my work. The theoretical part describes price, pricing methods and pricing. The content of the practical part of the business performance and analysis of specific forms of prices in the banking sector and their impact on profits. In the end, I summarized the content and results of my work. The survey I used the method of calculation of ratios and analysis of internal company documents.

Based on the results of the analysis, I recommended that the proposals would lead to more efficient pricing system in the company
