Abstract
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to develop project documentation for the implementation of constructions in accordance with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 62/2013 Coll. on construction documentation. Based on the basis of the study, documentation for the construction of a new apartment building in Lhotka has been drawn up. The work includes a thermal technical assessment of the roof according to ČSN 730540 – 2 (2011) and a static assessment of the arm of the reinforced concrete staircase.
