Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse voluntary employee turnover in ŽDB DRÁTOVNA, a.s. company and to suggest activities for reduction of the employee turnoever. This diploma thesis is devided into two parts, theoretical and practical ones. In the theoretical part there are described employee turnover, its types, impacts, causes and costs with personnel activities, which have connection to them. In practical part there are described reasons of employee turnover and calculated its level. The main contribution of the diploma thesis lies in recommendations for reduction of employee turnover and calculations of costs related with recruitment due to voluntary employee turnover.
