Strategie sociálního podniku

Abstract

This dissertation (diploma work) focus on the strategy of social enterprises. The theoretical part describes different kinds of strategies, which might the company choose for it´s business. Furthermore, there is described everything about the social enterprises, such as - what is the social enterprise, what are the benefits from running this kind of company and standards/methods of these companies. The practical part is concerned with the production cooperative IRISA and it´s strategies and aims for year 2010. Within the frame of the company strategy are also mentioned the employee benefits. The employee benefits are described in the last part of this dissertation, here are mentioned methods, which might be the right solution in the case of intended changes.
