Abstract

Presented thesis is focused on the topic of the importance of Hymenoptera for land affected by mining and conversely what this landscape offers Hymenoptera. The first section contains basic concepts of recultivation, including their benefits and modern trends. Furthermore, it discusses ways to use post mining landscape within its renewal, as the possibility of substitute of natural habitats of Hymenoptera. The next part gives the basic characteristics of Hymenoptera, their importance and protection, mainly focusing on the group aculeates wasps and bees. The last section of this work illustrates the ways of acquisition of so-called insect house. Their practical installation and use in the reclaimed landscape is one option to help with the renewal while supporting the expansion of the species composition of Hymenoptera in these locations.
