Rozbor obsahu a forem předávaných informací z úrovně kraje při mimořádné události

Abstract

Práce se zaměřuje na téma krizového štábu kraje a informace předávané z něj. Popisujim zde mimořádnou událost, krizové situace a orgány krizového řízení kraje. Dále popisuji činnost krizového štábu kraje se zaměřením na stálou pracovní skupinu. V další části je uveden rozbor informací předávaných z kraje podle subjektů, kterých se tato komunikace týká. Nakonec jsou shrnuty nejčastější formy komunikace a uvedeny návrhy zlepšení. V přílohové části jsou uvedeny rozhodnutí hejtmana a další formuláře, které v textu popisuji.

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of regional crisis staff and transfer of information flowing from the regional level. I am focusing on the description of extraordinary events, crisis situations and regional crisis management authorities. Furthermore, the text discusses the activity of the regional crisis staff, especially the function of permanent work group. The next part analyses the information passing on from the regional level according to the subjects which are included into this communication. In the conclusion, the text mentions the most often types of communication and offers suggestions of innovation. The regional governor´s decisions and other documents related to the text are available in the attachment.
