Abstract
The main objective of my graduationt thesis was determined customer´s satisfaciton in the restaurant called Hostinec Nad Kopytnou finding their defekt, which could be increase after marketing research, propose possible innovation, reference and suggestions which could quality services, increase satisfaction attendance customers. For collecting the data I applied marketing research through a customer satisfaction questionnaire.
My work is hand out into seven chapters. The first charter is devoting to the introduction. The second charter is devoting charakterization of the firm. The third charter is aimed at the theory – theory of customer´s satisfaction measurement. The fourth charter includes method of getting dates. The fifth charter includes an analysis of the data which was getting from the research. The sixth charter includes my proposals which could improve the services and ultimatem resulting in our clients satisfaction.
