Heřmanický rybník – sport a rekreace

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout urbanistické řešení lokality Heřmanického rybníku a vytvořit tím vhodné uspořádání ploch ke sportovně rekreačnímu využití. Bakalářská práce je vypracována v rozsahu územní studie a zahrnuje posouzení současného stavu, na jehož základě je navrženo efektivnější využití lokality. V návrhu bude řešena cyklotrasa, odpočinková místa, umístění penzionu s parkovištěm, umístění sportovních zařízení, úprava dopravní infrastruktury, úprava technické infrastruktury a veřejného prostranství. Součástí práce je stručné ekonomické zhodnocení návrhu. Navržená varianta je jednou z mnoha možných alternativ jak tuto lokalitu vhodně využít.

The subject of this thesis was to propose an urban solution of the location Heřmanice fishpond and create a suitable arrangement of areas for sports and recreational use. The thesis is developed in a range of regional study and includes an assessment of the current state on the basis of which is suggested more efficient use of the site. The proposal will be solved cycling routes, rest places, location of the pension with parking, location of sports facilities, transport infrastructure change, change the technical infrastructure and public areas. The part of thesis is a brief economic assessment of the proposal. The proposed variant is one of many possible options to make a good use of this site.
