Abstract

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of partial documentation for the construction of the terraced house on the plot No. 306/42 in the cadastral territory of Ostrava –Muglinov according to the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on the documentation of buildings, as amended. The design of the terraced family house is based on an architectural study developed in the subject Ateliérová tvorba V. – academic year 2023/2024, supervisor: Ing. arch. Pavel Řihák, Ph. D. Subsequently, it was reworked into project documentation under the guidance of Ing. Filip Čmiel, Ph. D. Bachelor’s thesis is divided into a textual and drawing part. It is suplemented by the specialization Architecture and includes architectural solution of bathrooms.
