Abstract

This thesis deals with the evaluation of risks to the extent specified minimum damage to the health and lives of people, damage to property and the environment that could affect the area of municipality with extended power Šumperk. Following parts of this thesis then describe the preparedness of this municipality and people and its way of providing information to the schema_dspacedb. This thesis shall be in principle usable for heads of crisis and emergency management within this municipality with extended power Šumperk.
