Abstract

This bachelory work focuses on IT outsourcing in an industrial company, its basic terms, princips. They are important for undertanding of process as a tool and from the cost saving point of view on one site until the duty on company point of view. This work is including- history and importance, outsourcing possibilitites, aspects from the law point of view, reasons for outsourcing, and the example for the outsourcing in use.
