Abstract

In the thesis work I focus on the issue of contract for work. The theoretical part focuses on the legal treatment of the contract for work, mainly in the Commercial Code and the process of contracting between the parties. Next to I devote to creating budgets.

In the practical part, I applied the theoretical information into practice and I prepared a draft contract for work that could be used in practice. This proposal was compiled by analysis and comparison of other contracts that were provided to me by various entrepreneurs from the practice. After preparing the proposal, I made his analysis. In addition to the proposal contract for the work I have also focused on the formation of the budget by specialized software. Creating a budget is often made before the contract of the work.
