Zhodnocení hospodaření vybraných krajských nemocnic

Abstract

This bachelor thesis evaluates the management of selected regional hospitals with the legal form of a contributory organization. The evaluation of the hospitals is carried out from 2018 to 2022 and is based on operational and accounting indicators. Specifically, the Silesian Hospital in Opava, p.o., the Hospital in Frýdek-Místek, p.o. and the United Medical Facility Krnov, p.o. are examined. The results are then compared and recommendations for possible improvements are proposed. The thesis provides a deeper insight info the functioning and financial situation of hospitals.
