Analýza implementace Směrnice EU 2004/35/EC do právního řádu České republiky

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze the Act No. 167/2008 Coll. to prevent environmental harm and the remedy, and amending certain laws. And his appreciation to the selected environmental disaster. The first part dealt with the responsibility of individuals for damages to the environment, a brief description of the Directive 2004/35/EC and the elaboration of Act No. 167/2008 Coll. to prevent environmental harm and the remedy, and amending certain laws. Finally, the differences are outlined in the implementation of the Act between the Czech republic and Slovak Republic. In the second part is an analysis of the ecological disaster caused Lučební závody Draslovka a. s. Kolín on the river Elbe in 2006.
