Benchmarking vedoucích korporací v oblasti těžebního průmyslu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním vedoucích korporací v oblasti těžebního průmyslu za pomocí metody benchmarking a dále pomocí této metody zjistit jejich postavení na trhu. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je zaměřena na teoretická východiska, kde jsou popsány základní pojmy, které se v práci budou vyskytovat. V druhé části je popsána metodika práce, neboli jaké metody byly použity pro vypracování jednotlivých kapitol. V praktické části práce je provedeno vyhodnocení pomocí metody benchmarking a tyto výsledky jsou dále prezentovány v části návrhy a doporučení.

The Diploma thesis deals with comparison of leading corporations in the field of mining industry with the use of the benchmarking and then determining their position on the market. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part covers a theoretical basis, which describes basic terms, which occurs in this thesis. In the second part of this work is described methodology of work or methods which were used in individual chapters. In the practical part of the thesis, evaluation is carried out by using the benchmarking method and these results are presented in the proposals and recommendations section.
