Rozbor vybraných personálních činností ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the selected personnel activities in the company Gumárny Zubří Ltd. The aim of this paper work is to evaluate the present situation of the personnel activities and then recommend to company’s management some steps which can lead to their improvements. The work is divided into three parts. The first – theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the personnel department and the individual personnel activities. Content of the practical part is to introduce the company and analysis of the selected personnel activities in the company. Individual suggestions and recommendations for the company in various areas of personnel activities are presented in the last part.
