Abstract

Thesis titled "Evaluation of the efficiency and competitiveness of specific investment "has as aim to work out a financial and market analysises to evaluate the suitability of investment in the project of home for the elderly people. The specific investment project, for which is verified his efectivness is aimed at the reconstruction / construction low-cost residence for elderly people. To meet the objectives of the work are used fundamental analysis, dealing with competitors, macroenviorment and tools serving to implement the financial analysis with a focus on return of investment. This thesis consists of seven chapters. In the theoretical and methodological base are explained terms of investment, competition, financial analysis. In the analytical section ïs theoretical base applied to a particular investment at the end there is an evaluation of the feasibility and return of particular investment.
