Konstrukce a vyhodnocení kinetické energie elektromagnetického děla

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and construct an electromagnetic gun for which the kinetic energy of the projectile is then determined. The theoretical part is to present the principle of the electromagnetic gun and to show one of the many possible designs of this device. In the next part the principle of operation of the constructed three-stage cannon is explained. This is followed by a section that deals with the calculation of kinetic energy and methods of measuring the velocity of the projectile. Last but not least, the thesis focuses on the safety assessment of the constructed device and its possible modifications that would increase the efficiency and safety during its use.
