Jazyková škola

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce je vytvoriť projektovú dokumentáciu pre prevádzanie stavby Jazykovej školy podľa Vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb. Škola je funkčne rozdelená na tri celky, respektíve tri nadzemné podlažia. Prvé podlažie obsahuje kancelárie zamestnancov jazykovej školy, druhé triedy pre uskutočňovanie výuky. Tretie, posledné nadzemné podlažie je realizované ako relaxačná zóna, bufet s posedením a prislúchajúcimi terasami. Rozdelením objektu podľa funkcie som docielila oddelenie jednotlivých prevádzok. Práca je kontextom urbanistického, technického i architektonického riešenia s kladením dôrazu na citlivosť územia pri uplatňovaní ďalších antropogénnych zásahov.

The mail goal of diploma thesis is to create documentation for building constructions of Language school by Decree no 499/2006 Coll., construction documentation. The school is functionally devided into three parts, respectively three floors. The first floor contains offices language school staff, the second one classes for making teaching. The third, last floor is realized as a relaxation zone, a buffet with seating and terraces. Deviding into parts according to the function means maximum separation of individual operations. A work is context of urban, technical and architectual solutions by placing the emphasis on sensitivity of the area of aplication of other anthropogenic interferences.
