Návrh optimalizace logistických procesů v průmyslové společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor work deals with analysis of logistic processes in the chosen company. The aim of the bachelor work is analyze whether the existing solution of logistics processes in chosen company is satisfactory or whether those processes can be improved. In preface, the basic theoretical ground for clustering is described. After that the current state of art in the company is analyzed. In the practical part, hierarchical methods and k-means methods are used. These methods are based on euclidean or squared euclidean distance. But, the matrix of real intercity traffic distances have been used to suggest a new solution for the company. New central warehouses have been suggested together with possible transport routes on the basis of those real distances using the average linkage method.
