Abstract
Bachelor´s thesis is focused on wage problematics in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic. Content of theoretical part of work are characteristics of wage issues in bussiness sphere, including wage compensation, health and social insurance premiums, taxation of incomes and differences in labour-law field in these countries. Practical part is focused on comparison of level of wages in different conditions.
