Plánování zásahu složek IZS při úniku nebezpečné látky ze stacionárních zdrojů

Abstract

This thesis deals with the planning intervention IRS when leakage of hazardous substances from stationary sources. I also made a characterization of the city Třinec, where have been identified stationary sources of possible release of hazardous substances. Subsequently, have been selected those that pose a significant risk and therefore it must continue to deal with them further. Simultaneously I describe a system of cooperation and coordination as basic as other essential constituents of the integrated rescue system, their common practices in coping with the emergency occurrences of release hazardous substances. When preparing this thesis I have been in cooperation with IRS, I have developed emergency cards IRS as a tool for improving both the cooperation and the communication in action on a dangerous substance.
