Abstract
The aim of this thesis is the definition and explanation of the operation of marketing communications, and related specification of the marketing mix focusing on the services sector. The main aim of the research was to provide the necessary information about potential customers ( kindergartens), so that they can be immediately addressed.
The theoretical part describes the characteristics of kindergarten schools and society Prevencecz , s.r.o , It is also described the methodology of marketing research. The practical part is focused on analysis of data obtained by questionnaire survey , which is followed by suggestions and recommendations of marketing communication , so that they can succeed in this market .
