Abstract

_This bachelor thesis deals with an entrepreneurial plan of a small company. Based on the theoretical pieces of knowledge taken by study and discovered facts, it contains a proposal for the establishment teambuilding agency. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretic part defines the term business plan and describes individual sections of the plan. In the second part there is created a specific business plan for a establishment teambuilding agency, which is called Water Fun s.r.o.
