Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the managing strategy for industrial company Dioflex s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part I have focused on definition of basic terms related to strategic management and description of analysis which leads to the right evaluation of company´s situation. These analysis can help us propose good strategy. The practical part includes evaluation of Dioflex´s current situation and strategic plan recommendations meant for management of the company.
