Prediktivní systém údržby obráběcích strojů v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a predictive maintenance system for machine tools. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theory, which generally describes the maintenance and methods of technical diagnostics. The practical part focused on the selection and application of one selected method, vibrodiagnostics. Part of the work is vibrodiagnostic measurement and evaluation of vibrations on a particular machine tool, organizational and cost implications and other recommendations for the company.
