Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is to create a complex architectural-urbanistic-landscape design of the area of the castle park and the surrounding area in Ostrava Poruba. As a public space, the park has great potential, which is currently unused and the whole area is neglected, in poor condition and therefore needs overall revitalization. The proposal respects the existing limits of the territory, the requirements of the city and the inhabitants and takes into account the issues of the current state of the site on the basis of the collected knowledge about the territory. Several variants are proposed with detailed processing of the selected variant.
