Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the development of the approach to data collection and evaluation of nonconforming products. The work introduces tools and methods of quality management in the process of nonconforming product management in Witzenmann Opava, spol. s r. o. In addition, the work contains a proposal to evaluate the cost of internal nonconforming products. Theoretical part defines management quality system in general, nonconforming product process. This part includes also tools and method for evaluation of nonconforming products. Last but not least, the PAF quality costing model and extended PAF model are mentioned. The practical part briefly describes the company, in which the diploma thesis is realized. The work includes a table for data collection from the process of a nonconforming product, furthermore there is the proposal to implement evaluation tools and their subsequent implementation and design verification. The penultimate chapter of this part then contains a proposal of a quality model for nonconforming internal products.
