Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je popsat aktuální řízení údržby servisní techniky společnosti AUTO Heller s.r.o., analyzovat stávající stav a navrhnout opatření, která zajistí optimální a efektivnější zajištění údržby servisní techniky. Teoretická část shrnuje hlavní poznatky problematiky údržby průmyslových podniků za použití dostupné literatury. V návaznosti na teoretickou část je vypracována část praktická, která za pomoci výsledků analýzy aktuálního stavu navrhuje jednotlivá doporučení. Závěr shrnuje všechna navržená opatření a doporučení a zmiňuje předpokládané přínosy realizace navržených opatření.

The topic of this thesis is to describe the current maintenance management service technicians AUTO Heller Ltd, analyze the current situation and propose measures to ensure optimal and efficient provision of maintenance technician. The theoretical part summarizes the main knowledges maintenance issue industrial companies using the available literature. Subsequently, the theoretical part is the practical part, which with the help of the results of analysis of the current state of each proposed recommendation. The conclusion summarizes all proposed actions and recommendations, and identifies the expected benefits of the proposed measures.
