Abstract

Target of this work is description of experience and practical usage of KNX technology upon designing and realization of intelligent houses. Relatively cheap bus retaliated with twisted pair installed simultaneously along side power lines or directly through 230V power line. Without the need of central control PC. All machines have own intelligence thanks to witch they are usable from small rooms and houses to hotels and large civil service buildings. Central control of all lights, water supply, chosen sockets and blinds with one order. All set information about controlled building with help of easily understood text information on touchscreen. Possibility of user settings of parameters heating with automatic regulations of air-condition reacting on presence of persons is reality of application of KNX. Showcase of proprietary programming language with programming code used on controlling layout of intelligent house designed for comfortable life of seniors.
