Abstract
The aim of the thesis was to suggest an appropriate use of the northern part of the town of Kopřivnice, the locality called “Dolní Roličky”. The urban project is designed in more variants, subsequently one variant was chosen and elaborated as a territorial study.
The urban study contains a design of a detached-housing development along with traffic and technical infrastructure, public grounds and a dimensional study of chosen detached houses. Another elaborated part is economic evaluation of financial expenses of the chosen variant.
The territorial study was elaborated in concordance with a valid territorial plan of the town of Kopřivnice and respects all the limits in that area.
