Abstract
Bachelor thesis describes HR activites in general and specifically to a particular company. It focuses on the pursuit of such personal activites thet are an integral part of the organization. Using a questionnaire servey of progress is education and pay in the selected company. The conclusion summarizes the replies of the respondents and the authors comments.
