Abstract
The objection of the final thesis is the design of the site for the civic amenities and residential purpose in the form of the town planning. The site is located in Havířov, cadastral area of Šumbark. Detailed study of one of these variations is the outcome; traffic and engineering infrastructure, vegetation and parks included. Calculation and estimate of charges are included as well. The text part and the technical drawings with the town planning visualization is the output.
