Abstract

Occupational relations play an important role in every workplace. Successful companies devote increased attention to an area of personal work such as work relations. Proper harmonious, satisfactory work and interpersonal relations form a productive climate that has a very positive influence on individual and collective performance in the company. Those relations reflect in the satisfaction of the employees favorably and the contribute to harmonization of the interests and aim with aims of the company. This submitted bachelor thesis deals with problems of occupational relations in the chosen part of regional branch of the point-stock company. The theoretical part contains an explanation of theoretical basis of occupational relations and a basic characteristic of the company. The practical part contains an analysis and evaluation of the accomplished research of the employee’s satisfaction via questionnaire method.
