Vytápění budovy Policie ČR v pasivním standardu

Abstract

The subject of my diploma thesis is the design of an administrative building of the Police of the Czech Republic in Passive standard, including the design of heating and ventilation system. The first part of this thesis is devoted to structural, material and architectural design of the building with an emphasis on the requirements for the passive standard. The next section deals the evaluation of the building in terms of building thermal technology. In the air-conditioning part is provided the complex design of system for fresh air supply and the devalued air exhaust with the heat recovery and hot water heater inlet air. The last part I dealt the design of the low-temperature rating system with panel radiators, which is heated by the heat pump take heat from the geothermal vertical boreholes. This thesis include the design for hot water preparing, the evaluating of the energy performance of the building and the certificate of the energy performance of the building.
