Analýza postupu provádění interních auditů ve společnosti z oblasti automobilového průmyslu

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the process of performing internal process audits according to IATF 16949:2016 and CQI-8 in cooperation with the company Kavaku Safety Systems Europe, a.s., which main business focus is production of passive safety systems for automobiles. In 20 years, the company has become one of the world’s leading manufacturers. The first part of the thesis is focused on general introduction into the basics of quality management theory, it also describes the issue of auditing with focus on the characteristics of internal audit. As for the practical part, requirements set by IATF 16949:2016 and CQI-8 standards will be analyzed, which present the key part of this thesis, followed by an audit systems in the company mentioned above. The last point will be a proposal for changes in the implementation of audits and the creation of a new audit method, according to two key standards.
