Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with shopping environment analysis of Shoe´s retail outlets, especially in Ostrava, Hradec Králové and Pardubice. A part of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of Shoe´s retail outlets, where I done analysis. There I used method of Mystery shopping in this companies: Baťa and Deichmann, there I analyzed the environment of buying. Substantial part of bachelor thesis creates analysis of observed results. From this analysis I wrote draft and recommendations for changing.
