Abstract

This bachelor document deals with characteristics of mine waters from brows-coal and hard-coal deposits in the Czech Republic. The first part is devoted to mine waters from the point of view of their characteristics, sources, division and typical composition. In the second part there are characteristics of mine waters from brown-coal open-pits and underground hard-coal mines. In the next part some possibilities of purification of mine waters with iron, manganese, sulphates and chlorides ions are mentioned. Conditions for mine waters disposal in compliance with the Czech legislation are discussed in the last part of submitted document.
