Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is creating a specific business plan and verifying its feasibility. The theoretical part is focused generally on planning, basic concepts, plan’s users and variants defining and a detailed guide around plan creation. The specific plan is presented in practical part. Using appropriate methods we analyzed environs, clarified the overall idea, met point of trading and marketing plan, evaluated the risks and determined action and finally compiled the financial plan. Work is completed by evaluation of possible implementation.
