employees selected company

The topic of my thesis is a suggestion of an employee education system in a chosen company. In cooperation with the company, which I am applying the education system on, I analyzed the current state of education activities. Furthermore, I have defined gaps in an employee education and I have suggested an education process convenient for the company.
The aim of my thesis is analyze the initial situation in the chosen company and suggest the system of education for the company. I tried to suggest options of education process assessment and I hope that my recommendations and stated range of training course will lead to better performance of employees, who will undergo the education process.
All suggestions and recommendations I gave to the management of analyzed company and I hope they will have use from it.
