Výroba litého polotovaru ze slitiny MoNiCr pro tváření

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the production of cast semi-finished products from the nickel-based alloy MoNiCr, intended for use in Generation IV molten salt reactors. Molten salt reactors represent an innovative technology with high potential in the energy sector, but require specific materials resistant to extreme operating conditions. The Czech Republic participates in the development of these materials, and the MoNiCr alloy is one of the main candidates. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces molten salt reactor technology and related issues in selecting construction materials, with an emphasis on the MoNiCr alloy. The literature review addresses the production of cast semi-finished products from nickel alloys. The experimental part describes the process of producing a cast semi-finished product from the MoNiCr alloy and subsequent evaluation of the forming process. The results of this work contribute to understanding the production process and optimizing material production for Generation IV molten salt reactors.
