Rozšíření informačního systému Obecního úřadu

Abstract

Cílem mé Diplomové práce bylo zavést a implementovat nové evidenční informační systémy Obecního úřadu v Dolní Lutyni, které budou následně propojeny s ekonomickým systémem v plné automatizované formě. V první části se zabývám teoretickými východisky možného rozšíření a inovace informačního systému. Přesně definuji pojem IS a jeho všechny komponenty. Popisuji veřejné informační systémy, čím se zabývají a jakou funkci plní ve společnosti. Druhá kapitola byla zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu informačního systému Obecního úřadu. Zprvu jsem si určil metodu realizace. Metodou realizace pro analýzu současného stavu byl zvolen rozhovor s respondentem obce, konkrétně s IT pracovníkem. Ve třetí části navazují na předchozí část, a to návrhem rozšíření IS včetně výstupu. Specifikoval jsem si požadavky Obecního úřadu, následně představil přínosy ekonomické a neekonomické a vytýčil si existující hrozby a překážky. Dále jsem představil dvě dodavatelské společnosti, které byly rozebrány rozhodovací analýzou. Čtvrtou a taky poslední kapitolou jsem zvolil implementaci IS. Zavádění jsem si vytýčil podle fází a harmonogramu realizace. Na úplný závěr jsem zhotovil rozpočet implementace.

The aim of my thesis was to introduce and implement new accounting information systems of the Municipal Office in Dolni Lutyne, which will be combined with the economic system in a fully automated form. The first part deals with the theoretical bases of the possible extension and upgrade of the information system. There I precisely define the concept of IS and all its components. I describe the public information systems, their importance and function in society. The second section is focused on the analysis of the current state of the information system of the Municipal Office. At first I specify the method of implementation. Interview with the IT employee was selected as main method for the analysis of the current state. Third part, which builds on the previous section, is about design of IS extension and its output. I specified the requirements of the Municipal Office, then I presented the economic benefits and defined the existing threats and obstacles. I also introduced two supply companies, which have been analyzed by the decision analysis. In the fourth and final chapter, there I deal with the implementation of IS. I specify realization with phases and the implementation schedule. At the very end I made a calculation of implementation.
